Sal-Om MOM and everyone,
During the past two months I have spent some time on the following social networks: Care2, Spiritual Networks, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. When appropriate I tell the people I connect with to check out the teachings of the Mission of Maitreya, i.e. about 75% of the time. And, of course, the information is always listed in my profiles.
On Spiritual Networks I have sent many, many individual notes to people regarding the Mission. I am going to try listing the live meditation classes on Spiritual Networks and did it for the first time today. I invited all my friends on Facebook to join the Cause, Support the unification of all religions and the world, and on Care2 I posted more info in the news section from the teachings.
Also, Tahirah has opened a room in PalTalk called Meditation Discussion. She and I have worked together in that room sharing the Universal Mantra, answering questions about meditation, sharing the live meditation class times and the place (the room All Religions Unified by Maitreya), going through the meditation process, and sometimes going into more detail about the Mission and Maitreya. We've worked very well together and have both enjoyed it! She is still in the process of trying to perfect the room.
One young man that asked me to add him as a Pal in that room has continued to communicate with me about the Mission. I shared the website and some information on the teachings with him. His name is Jihlan and he and his extended family are located in Ghana in Africa in a refugee camp. It's been really interesting sharing with him. He says he will share what he learns with his family, too. I tried to send him a package with some Mission and meditation information, however it did not work as they wanted me to pay $122 for it to go to Africa.
I have been able to give out the remainder of the Mission CDs that I had. One went to my friend Wanda (who said she has already listened to some of it), another to my friend Dorothy who says she loves the idea of living in community, and two were sent to V-Breezo in Virginia.
V-Breezo and I met when he was in my area about 3 weeks ago. It was a nice meeting and we discussed about the Mission and being open to possible future plans to be near the Mission Center. Maverick (HOSH-Reminder on Paltalk) is also serious about heading towards the Mission Center. So there is the possibility of several of us sharing a place for awhile which will help financially and for having Mission fellowship and activities together. I am trying to continue to communicate with both of them.
I have also communicated with and welcomed Naomi and her family from India to the Mission (see the New York contact report for more information). It's so great to have them with us.
Besides attending the Mission of Maitreya's Passover celebration online, I also went with a friend from my Pilates class to a Passover Seder she invited me to. I had previously told her that the Mission and Maitreya is the fulfillment of the prophecies. We sat with a group of her friends and her husband. It was very nicely done and we all had a great time. We had a chance to serve others by using a pitcher and towels to wash the hands in preparation for the meal. I was introduced to the rabbi and invited to their congregation anytime...maybe a future possibility to share about the Mission, we'll see.
Can you all imagine the time when the Mission of Maitreya will have a huge Passover Seder where we can all attend together? It will be something!...with a joyful Haree Om filling the air.
Blessings and Sal-Om for now,
Keyosha
