Sal-Om,
Two small things are worth mentioning this month:
To facilitate the outreach of the new Mission of Maitreya Myspace page, I have made a personal Myspace page and linked it to the Missions page. It took very little time to make, and it will stay there for as long as Myspace exists, so it is a very easy and stable way to spread the Teachings. This is true for social networking sites in general. It is great when someone brings the Mission to something like Alliance for a New Humanity or Facebook, because then we can all create accounts, put The Greatest Sign and the website up, and leave it for people to find (of course, everyone keeps posting on the Alliance for a New Humanity page, which is even better J). Businesses, musicians, job-seekers, etc. are going nuts over social networking precisely because it is so simple and effective. Seems like God gave us another great tool for outreach J.
Second, I met up with an old friend from high school and college (we both went to schools in Boston), and we ended up having a really great conversation about religion and the Mission. She was brought up as a Jehovahs Witness, but she has rejected their dogmas and they have not been able to answer her questions. Now she is searching hard for the truth. I think the conversation left her with even more questions than before J, but that is part of the struggle to find the answers. She says that God has been guiding her life, so maybe this helped a little in His Plan for her.
I do have a few small ideas about how to expand our outreach in Boston specifically. Perhaps in the future I will be able to report results on those. For now, this will have to do. ATTG.
