Sal-OM to all,

The routine is, getting up early then meditating. After that I sacrifice an hour or so to reading from the website, later on that day I might write some idea, or something related on the internet (I am still using the public internet site), and then toss what I wrote(metaphorically) to the universe. After that, I think about, and try to include the whole universe in my endeavours. In-between I usually make some paintings too and toss them to the universe also.

I really enjoy getting emails from anyone interested in the Mission of Maitreya.
