Explanation of the Calendar of God
"The best way to eliminate the many different festivals, birthdays, memorial days, etc., now existing in many different religions, cultures and countries which are considered to be holidays, is to accept the Holy Days of God which He had demanded from mankind in chapter 23 of Leviticus in the Bible."

The first day of the year 011984 can be read as "UN, Eve 1st, 011984" or Thursday, March 14, 2002.
The zero before the year 011984 is a symbol for infinity! This manifested world was created millions of years ago The beginning of this human generation started 12,000 years ago (after the flood of Noah) and will end around the year 2017 (40 years after the Revelation of the Mission of Maitreya). Feasts and/or Holy Days
"It should be clearly understood that the rituals in religions are not important, but the meaning behind them is the important part. For example, people argue about the time of observation of a ritual or the way it should be done. This causes them to become so involved in the unimportant part that they forget about the true meaning behind the ritual."
First Month, EVE:
- 1st Feast The Lord's Passover is the evening of the 14th day of the first month. This night is for putting away the sins and coming out of the lower nature (Egypt), which is symbolized by putting the yeast out of the house and eating unleavened bread.
- 2nd Feast The Feast of Unleavened Bread is the 15th day of the first month, with no servile work, and then for seven days practice sacrifice (with knowledge -- when it is needed and is for the good and progress of others).
- 3rd Feast A Holy Convocation with no servile work, on the seventh day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread (21st of the first month).
Third Month, SHAKTI:
- 4th Feast Feast of Revelation (Yearly Sabbath): After this holy convocation (3rd Feast above), the next day will be the offering of the "firstfruits" (as explained in Leviticus 23:10, which no longer is necessary; Christ was the firstfruit!). After this day, count fifty days (seven weeks, which will include seven Sabbaths); another yearly Sabbath, a holy convocation, with no servile work. Each week of these seven weeks symbolizes one seal of the seven seals in the Eternal Divine Path. After the seventh seal, the last Revelation of God will (has) come. Therefore, this yearly Sabbath from now on will be called the Feast of Revelation.
Seventh Month, MAYA:
- 5th Feast Feast of Trumpets: On the first day of the seventh month there will be a Sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpet, a holy convocation, with no servile work.
Symbol of Trumpet: The trumpet is an instrument with a tremendous sound, and if blown strongly, it can awaken people. So it is a symbol of truth which comes by these seven Angels, which are the same as the Angels of the churches (Prophets of the seven religions) which opened the Seven Seals [and] are described as seven Angels with seven trumpets. Each of them comes and by their teachings, which are like trumpets, humanity is awakened.
In chapter 10 the era of the flourishing of the intellect is described, and how following this, by the coming of the seventh Angel, the mystery of God will be finished (Rev. 10:7). In chapter 11 it is described that these Angels are the Prophets who will come and prophesize for three thousand and five hundred years. After that, the seventh Angel will sound his trumpet. Then the Kingdom of God and His glory will come (THOTH, Revelation of the Revelation)
- 6th Feast Day of Atonement: On the tenth day (evening of the ninth to the evening of the tenth) of the seventh month is the day of atonement, a holy convocation, with no work (not at all). Celebrate this Sabbath by atonement to the Lord.
- 7th Feast Feast of Tabernacles: Fifteenth day of the seventh month shall be the Feast of Tabernacles and for seven days there will be a feast. On the first day a holy convocation, and no servile work. After seven days of feasting, a Sabbath on the eighth day, a holy convocation. It is a solemn assembly, with no servile work.
Symbol of Tabernacle: A tabernacle is a tent, a house, a place that God wants for Himself. He wants to have a house, or to be invited to this place, so humanity can refer to Him and glorify Him for these seven days. They can gather together, meditate together, sing together, praise the Lord together, and in Joy, have a feast (Maitreya Opens The Feast Of Tabernacles 1990, 10/03/90, at: /FILES/Feast/Mopenf90.html)
"And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God." (Rev. 21:3) Those people will reach Pure Consciousness (tabernacle of God), where God is. They will dwell with Him. (THOTH, Revelation of the Revelation)
The Sabbath
"The seventh day of the week is the Sabbath of rest."
The Sabbath day (weekly Holy Day, PURE) will be Saturday as God demanded to be the day of rest Saturday should be used to fast. Also on Saturdays the silence should be observed and solitude is recommended. After a day of rest, meditation, and deeper thought, it is a good idea to have the community meeting to resolve community problems.
Sabbath: Day of rest and attunement to God.
The very base of God-realization and spiritual progress is to be able to calm the mind, contemplate, and attune the self to the truth of the universe. That is why God has emphasized the Sabbath as being one of the most important Commandments. That is because if a man cannot rest and calm his mind, he would never realize anything. So it is very important that at least one day of the week be for rest, fasting, and kept holy by calming the mind and contemplating creation, God, and the truth behind them. (THOTH, Glossary)

New Moon, Full Moon and Fasting
"It is recommended to fast on the Full Moons, First Moons, eleven days after the Full Moon, and eleven days after the First Moon. It is also recommended to fast on the Sabbath. Fasting on the Full and First Moons is especially recommended for single people and renunciates (sannyasins).
The fast should start at sunset until the sunset of the next day. If this seems too long, a fast from sunrise to sunset is advisable.
The purpose of fasting (in addition to many benefits which are derived from it, physically and mentally) is spiritual. That is, fasting should be done to bring the person closer to the Lord and make him realize the self. That is why it is recommended to keep away from talkativeness and sexual intercourse, and to direct the thoughts toward God.
A complete fast is one without food or liquid. However, those who do long fasting and/or those whose bodies are not used to fasting, can fast with water and/or juice."

The Days and the Nights
The most natural time to start the night is when the sun sets, and finish the night with the sunrise. Similarly, day naturally starts at sunrise and ends at sunset. In fact, that is the reason midnight has its name (it is six hours after the beginning of night). However, because of the change of the time of sunset and sunrise everyday and during the seasons, we can accept a fixed time, the present 6:00 P.M., as the beginning of the night, and the end of the day. This hour seems the most logical time to start the night.
Therefore when it is 6:00 P.M. in Mission Time, it will be midnight, and it is true midnight, because we still have six more hours left of night. Also with this method of timing, when it is 12:00 in Mission time, the morning starts (0:00 A.M.). And at 6:00 A.M. it will be noon or mid-day, and we will have six more hours of the day left.
This way of timing is more logical but not necessarily more natural. More natural than this is to follow the actual sunset and sunrise as the beginning and end of the days and nights.

New Year, Passover and other Symbols
"The new year begins in the springtime. As the earth starts a new life cycle, so also the human can begin a new start. That is why this time of year has different periods to observe, each having a definite relationship with the regular life of every human.
The observation of these periods are only recommended and are not mandatory, but if an individual would observe them, it will be a great help to him in understanding the overall goal of The Plan of creation and God. This will help in the acceleration of the spiritual journey. Also, as usual, in all these studies, we should keep The Greatest Sign in our minds and always remember the place of each teaching in The Greatest Sign. After study of the Scriptures and observation of these periods, then the person should contemplate the overall meaning of all of them and try to reach Pure Consciousness (bliss) and help the whole universe to reach there also".
1st day of Spring: Can be designated as Parents Day for appreciation of parents.
1st seven days of Spring (Eve): Symbol of the first 7 years of life (childhood). In this period also study of books from the Far East, such as Upanishads, Vedantas, Bhagavad-Gita, Puranas, etc., or any other mystical books, is recommended.
2nd seven days of the first month: Symbol of the preparation to enter adulthood at the age of fifteen. This period should be used in preparation for the Passover observation and the Feast of Unleavened Bread. A more intensive spiritual observation should be practiced. Study of the Old Testament and understanding the second seal of The Greatest Sign is recommended.
3rd seven days period of Spring: Symbol of the destruction of the false ego and overcoming the lower nature (going out of Egypt, or to be born again). The study of the teaching of Esa the Christ and understanding His sacrifice should be observed. The Passover and the seven days period of eating unleavened bread correspond with the 3rd seven days period of the life of the human, from age 15 to 21. During this stage of overcoming, a person should grow in such a way that by the age of 21 he is able to decide if he is more suited for family life or becoming a renunciate. This decision, however, can be made between the age of 18 until 25. Those who choose the family life should seek a profession according to their natures.
4th seven days period of Spring: Corresponds with the period of human life from age 21 to 28 and relates to the 4th seal in the Greatest Sign. Therefore, study and understanding materials related to the 4th seal is recommended.
5th seven days period (which continue into the second month): Is related to the 5th seal or the age period from 28 to 35, when man destroys all narrowness of the mind and becomes a universalist. So in this period the material about the 5th seal will be helpful to complete the studies of the previous periods.
6th seven days period (in the second month): Symbol for the ages 35 to 42, is related to the 6th seal. This is when a person, with the knowledge of all the previous seals, should become a dynamic spiritual force in establishing the Kingdom Of Heaven within and without. So in this period of the year, a study of the materials related to this seal is recommended.
A sum of all the previous studies, and understanding their inter-relationships with each other, the Master Plan of God, and the ultimate goal of life, should be understood by the study and contemplation of the materials of the 7th seal.
Calculation of New Moons and Full Moons
- The moon turns round on itself in 27 days, 7 hours, 43 minutes, 15 seconds or 27.322 days.
- The moon turns round the earth in 29 days, 12 hours, 44 minutes, 3 seconds or 29.531 days which is the lunar month.
- Lunar year is 354.37 days (29.531 days X 12).
- Solar year is 365.242199 days.
- So the lunar year is 10.87 days shorter than the solar year. To correct this, we add one month to the lunar year about every 3 years. This month is called Presence.
The Metonic Cycle
The Lunar Year, which is twelve rotations of the moon around the earth, is 10.87 days shorter than the Solar Year, which is one rotation of the earth around the sun. To correct this, we have to add one month to the Lunar Year approximately every three years. In fact, we add a thirteenth month seven times in a period of 19 years as you can see in the table below.
The Metonic cycle was discovered by Meton, an Athenian who lived in the fifth century B.C. It is a 19 year cycle. The number of months in each year can be presented like this:
12-12-13 12-12-13 12-13 12-12-13 12-12-13 12-12-13 12-13
